REQUIREMENT: Senior UX Designer or Senior Web Developer

Austin, Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only Long Term Contract Need Overall 12+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years of experience in software product development, digital design, or UX/UI or a related field

8 years of experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices.

8 years of portfolio demonstrating user research, visual design, and usability studies.

8 years of experience conducting user and usability research.

5 years of strong writing and organizational skills.

5 years of strong communication and facilitation skills.

4 years of experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts.

4 years of experience with design tools like Figma.

3 years of experience in ensuring federal accessibility compliance.

Preferred:

3 years of experience using Atlassian Jira.

2 years of experience working with TEA or other education agencies.

Specific Skills:

UX/UI design leadership.

User research and usability testing.

Product roadmap development.

Collaboration with stakeholders.

Federal accessibility compliance.

Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
