Are you an experienced banking professional looking for the next step in your career? Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Universal Banker to provide top-tier service while handling a variety of customer needs, from account management to teller transactions. In this role, you'll use your expertise to guide customers, support branch operations, and play a key role in fostering relationships within the community.

What You’ll Do:

· Open, close, and maintain customer accounts with accuracy, ensuring compliance with bank policies and FDIC regulations.

· Assist customers with account inquiries, online banking, wire transfers, and safety deposit box access. · Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. · Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. · Handle cash transactions, issue cashier’s checks and money orders, and complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs). · Monitor for fraudulent activity, ensure compliance with all banking regulations, and maintain strict confidentiality. · Serve as acting manager when the branch manager is unavailable, providing leadership and support to the team. · Assist in training new employees.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience: 4+ years of banking experience, including teller, personal banking, or related roles.

Knowledge: Understanding of branch operations, vault and ATM management, and banking regulations.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new banking systems.

Preferred: Loan processing or supervisory experience is a plus.

Frequent standing, walking and sitting

Reach, stoop, kneel or couch and lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Ability to speak clearly and hear and understand normal conversations in person and over the phone.
