Minimum Qualifications:

7 years of experience in web administration and web design for large-scale websites.

7 years of proven experience with Drupal CMS, including content creation, taxonomy, and navigation

7 years of Strong portfolio of complex web design, demonstrating a solid understanding of UI/UX design

7 years of Ongoing operation, management, and maintenance of website content

7 years of Experience and understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

7 years of Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques

7 years of Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first strategies

7 years ability to translate technical language into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders

7 years of Strong communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively across different teams and explain technical issues

7 years of Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Specific Skills:

Web administration and design for large-scale websites.

Expertise in Drupal CMS.

Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and accessibility remediations.

Experience with SEO and website performance optimization.
