The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales experience in upscale event venues or luxury properties, demonstrating a strong drive to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure destination weddings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry partners. • Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients. • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals. • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of weddings. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications: • Several years of experience in sales, specifically within destination weddings at premier event venues or luxury resorts. • Strong network within the wedding and events industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Must be located within 30 minutes of Foxhall Resort (no relocation offered). • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
