What You’ll Do:

Lead the tint installation team to ensure we keep our one-hour tint promise and maintain high-quality standards

Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job

Use center software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each individual tint job

Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and cut tint film by hand when necessary

Responsible for bay production and ensure production is flowing

Responsible for any and all services/installations and the quality of all services/installations performed

Supervise Junior installer and shop assistant

Maintain a clean work environment

Maintain working levels of all center supplies and installation tools

Coordinate customer appointments with Center Manager

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience installing paint protection film and automotive window tint

Experience managing a team

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Skilled in all facets of installing the products we offer

Satisfactory driving record and background check
