    We’re growing and we’re looking for detail-orientated Customer Service and Dispatch Representatives for a call center.

    This is a full-time, direct hire position;

    Here Are Just Some Things A Customer Service Rep Will Do:

    Receive and process service requests by phone (primarily), fax or email.

    Prepare routing information, schedule appointments with dispatchers.

    Prepare any follow-up to ensure appointments can be made by the specified dates required.

    Adjust or cancel bookings as requested.

    Access or update customer's records for individual accounts.

    Here is what we’re looking for:

    1+ years customer service experience.

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook

    Ability to learn booking and dispatching software. Service Titan a plus.

    Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Multi-tasking!!

    Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful).
