Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Inspecting septic systems, including tanks, distribution boxes, and leach fields • Manually digging to expose system components when necessary • Conducting water load tests and flow tests • Documenting findings and preparing detailed reports • Explaining inspection results to clients in a clear and friendly manner • Traveling long distances between job locations (company vehicle provided) Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Strong mechanical abilities and problem-solving skills • Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks • Comfortable with manual digging when needed • Excellent communication skills – must be able to explain technical details in simple terms • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to pass a drug screening • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Compensation: $25 - $40 hourly
