The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Assist the Applications Architect and Applications Database Administrator in design of OCD DRU use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use

Work with Applications Program Manager, Senior Application Programmer and Application Programmer to ensure performance of Intelligrants grants management software

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

High level knowledge of Intelligrants grant management software cloud infrastructure

High level experience in Intelligrants system deployment and usage

The duties of a Server Administrator include, but are not limited to:

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft SharePoint;

Provide primary server administrative support;

Evaluate and recommend changes to the server environment based on analysis of the monitoring effort;

Oversee the server deployment process including physical infrastructure, uptime requirements, performance requirements, security requirements and physical space requirements;

Recommend additional software based on the analysis of performance and security requirements;

Supervise the installation and testing of server software;

Evaluate and complete server system upgrades;

Troubleshoot server infrastructure and related problems;

Conduct performance monitoring and tuning.
