    OVERVIEW:
    We are crafting an unparalleled dining and lounge experience in the heart of Miami. Our meticulously curated multi-functional space will feature a world-class Omakase concept, a state-of-the-art listening lounge, and retail displays featuring products from our existing luxury lifestyle brand. Our culinary program will be overseen by award-winning Chef Bee of Naiyara, Oishi Thai, and many more. Chef Bee is a renowned figure in Miami, as his restaurants are known for having some of the most exclusive, hardest-to-obtain seats. Our projected opening is mid-December 2024.

    JOB POSITION TITLE: SERVER, Hotel Collection Wine Bar **


    ** QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least two years of sales experience and proven track record in using inside

    sales methods to generate leads and upsell

    • Previous experience in luxury hospitality

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent customer service and people skills required

    • High energy and stamina are required

    • Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure

    • Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively

    • Strong verbal communication skills required

    • Willingness to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required

    • Ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.

    • Accurately taking orders for food and drinks, and communicating menu items to

    customers

    • Promptly delivering food and drinks to tables

    • Communicating with the kitchen to help process orders and accommodate special

    requests

    • Processing payments accurately and quickly using a variety of payment methods

    • Setting tables with glasses, tableware, condiments, napkins.

    • Greet guests, make an experience, and provide exceptional service.

    • Explain the menu, including sushi and Japanese cuisine, and help guests choose

    • Serve food and drinks, and ensure the serving station is stocked

    • Understand the technical relationship between the sushi chef and dining room, and be accountable for all technical aspects of service

    • Anticipate guest needs and communicate them to the team

    • Always maintain a positive attitude

    • Have good communication skills and work well with the entire staff

    • Be organized and great at prioritizing

    • Ability to quickly immerse yourself in the details of the new product

    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to engage potential

    customers, listen, build rapport, assess customer needs, and quickly adjust a pitch

    to changing dynamics of the interaction

    • Good time management skills
