    Job Description: Server Assistant/ Busser

    Position Overview: As a SA/Busser you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant's dining experience. You will be responsible for helping clear tables and wiping and sanitizing after the guests leave. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as well as helping members/guests with their needs as well.

    Responsibilities:

    Food Delivery: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the respective tables in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are accurately presented and promptly served to guests.

    Coordination: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless communication and efficiency in delivering food orders. Prioritize tasks based on order urgency and customer needs.

    Quality Control: Conduct visual checks on food items to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery. Alert kitchen staff or management of any discrepancies or issues with food orders.

    Table Setup: Assist in setting up dining tables with appropriate utensils, condiments, and tableware to prepare for guest seating. Ensure tables are clean and presentable before delivering food orders.

    Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any inquiries or requests promptly and professionally. Strive to enhance the overall dining experience by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs.

    Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization in food delivery areas, including food trays, carts, and serving stations. Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic environment.

    Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow food runners, servers, hosts/hostesses, and other restaurant staff to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional service.

    Requirements:

    Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to facilitate smooth food delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in food orders, presentation, and table setup. Ability to identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

    Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and transport food trays and equipment as needed.

    Customer Focus: Dedication to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for guests. Friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with guest inquiries or requests.

    Team Player: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues in a dynamic restaurant environment. Willingness to support teammates and contribute to the overall success of the team.

    Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently in a busy restaurant setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

    Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

    Basic understanding of restaurant operations and dining etiquette.

    Compensation: $11 /hour plus tips ++++
