Halls Catch Nashville is seeking professional, passionate, hospitality-minded Server Assistants to join our team at our new seafood concept in Nashville. Job Summary: Halls Catch Nashville opened in October of 2024 as the first of our new Seafood concept, providing sustainably sourced and fresh seafood to Nashville! We strive to provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional service with a genuine sense of hospitality along with a desire to place the guest experience at the forefront of each encounter.

Who you are: If you are known to be positive, warm, and hospitable with serving experiences in an upscale, fine-dining restaurant, and you love to work in a professional, friendly environment, we would love to hear from you! If you have a great attitude, “show up and be your best self" and are up to the challenge, we want to hear from you too! We will train you! You need to be willing to learn. This position can be full or part time.

What we need from you:

1+ years’ experience in a guest-facing restaurant role

Great enthusiasm and attitude

Ability to make a positive difference in our guests and your co-workers’ lives

Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
