We are looking for a Server Assistant to join our team at this fast paced Casual Fine Dining Restaurant.

The Server Assistant (SA) at Hamsa assists the server to ensure all service standards are met for each guest. Their primary responsibility is to ensure each room is stocked with glassware, plateware, silverware, and water. They are also responsible for running food. They should have a good working knowledge of the entire food menu.

The Server Assistants work closely with the servers and bartenders. They report directly to the Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Keeping Rooms Stocked during Service with the following:

Ø Water Glasses

Ø Wine Glasses

Ø Silverware

Ø B&B Plates

Ø Water Bottles

· Food Running

· Breaking Down Server Station after service

This is a tipped based position. The hourly rate reflects including tips.
