Seeking inspired go-getters to join our team as a server/bartender, everyone is responsible for greeting and serving our restaurant guests, processing checks, and providing exceptional service to all! We are a team service concept and do pool tips equally between all team members scheduled.

We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Busser/Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have a seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage the waitlist during peak dining hours, accurately estimating wait times and effectively communicating with guests.
Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated promptly and comfortably.
Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations or inquiries as needed.
Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station and lobby area.
Deliver meals and drinks to tables as they are prepared by the kitchen and bar staff.
Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
