    Butcher & Bee is a vegetable driven, middle-eastern inspired restaurant in East Nashville. We value community and hospitality above all else - extending it to our customers, co-workers, suppliers, and neighbors. We're seeking experienced Servers to join our team!

    Butcher & Bee offers upscale service in a casual setting, and our servers bring warmth and hospitality to every table. They are detailed-oriented, outgoing, and put care into every guest interaction. Servers are menu experts, able to describe the chef's style of cooking and offer appropriate wine pairings. Responsibilities include properly taking orders, setting silverware for each course, providing wine service, directing the pace and flow of service, handling payments, and completing side work as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    Must be 18 years of age or older

    Previous restaurant experience preferred

    Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)

    Organized, quick thinking, adept at multitasking

    Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

    Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor in fast-paced environment
