About the Position: In the Server role, you will be interacting, taking orders, and serving meals to guests in the dining area. Essential Duties:
Present menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service
Record orders in POS System
Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen/service bars
Observe guest and respond to any additional requests
Total bills and accept payments
Always maintain composure and hospitality nature with guests and other staff
Qualifications:
Hospitable
Has server experience in full service restaurants preferred (1-3 years, but willing to train the right candidate)
Has flexible schedule to work during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to stand for 5 to 7 hours
Ability to lift and move 20 to 30 pounds
Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
Eager to learn and grow
