Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Catering Events Service Associates to join our team! The Catering Events Service Associates is the face of our catering company and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily opening, mid day, and closing check list

Full knowledge of menu and food items

Stays up to date on health code/sanitation knowledge

Communication with guests on meal progression, if needed

Delivery of beverage, food, refills in a timely manor

Greets guests in a timely manor (no more than 5 minutes)

Ensures guests return based on customer service

Contributes to team effort

Professional communication to staff and guests

Completes required cleaning duties

Requirements:

Ability to work in under pressure in fast paced work environment

Previous server/restaurant work

Must be able to lift 30 pounds

Must be able to work on feet all day

Strong customer service skills

High energy level
