Fancypants isn’t your average fine dining spot; it’s a bold restaurant in East Nashville where art, hospitality, and killer food collide. We push boundaries, serve with style, and keep things effortlessly cool.

We’re looking for experienced, charismatic Servers who bring warmth and energy to every table. Our ideal team members are detail-obsessed, confident in their craft, and ready to guide guests through an interactive, elevated dining experience. Wine knowledge is a plus, but you MUST have personality.

What You’ll Do:

Own your tables with style and precision

Set the pace and flow of service

Handle wine service + guide guests through our vision

Keep things smooth, from setting silverware and marking, to closing out checks

What We’re Looking For:

18+ with previous restaurant experience

Quick on your feet, sharp, and great with people

Available nights, weekends, and holidays for part-time hours

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy space
