Responsibilities:

Taking guest food and drink orders

Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders

Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks

Delivering a great dining experience by resolving all guests' issues promptly

Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant

Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special event

Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments to manager, and returning change or credit card and signature slip to guests

Follow opening and closing procedures.

Communicate shift issues to manager on duty.

Complete daily side work.

NOTE: All servers are paid an hourly wage plus tips with a guarantee of reaching a minimum of $12/hr after tips.
