The Original Pancake House in Westport, CT is hiring for our server support positions. Our hours of operation are 7am to 3pm, daily.

We have a few different support positions, such as: Food Runners, Drink Runners, and To Go Specialists.

Drink Runners are responsible for making and delivering drinks to tables, stocking and cleaning their station, helping other positions as time allows.

Food Runners are responsible for expediting and delivering food to tables, ensuring that each guests has what they need to enjoy their meal, clean and stock their work station, and help other positions as time allows.

To Go Specialists are responsible for taking to go orders over the phone and in person, inputting orders from online platforms, organizing and bagging orders, ensuring all items and accoutrements are in the bag and orders are given to the correct guest/driver.

We will be hiring multiple candidates to fulfill these roles. Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, are great multitaskers, thrive in a fast paced environment, excellent communication and guest service skills, and can work well as part of a team.
