We are looking for Servers to join our team!

Trattoria Delia is looking for experienced servers at our lively downtown Burlington restaurant. As a server at Trattoria Delia, you’re a warm, knowledgeable guide for our guests’ culinary voyages, quick to answer questions about our food and wine offerings and make thoughtful recommendations that delight our diners. Most importantly, you know how to take care of each guest, anticipating their needs and helping them completely enjoy their time with us.

We are looking for upbeat, positive people who are passionate about helping to create one of a kind dining experiences at Trattoria Delia. Here at the Tratt, we all share an enthusiasm for taking excellent care of our guests, a love for Italian food and wine, and we all want to be continuously improving our industry, our business and ourselves. Responsibilities:

● Engage with guests, answering questions, making suggestions and acting as a friendly, knowledgeable guide for our restaurant

● Answer incoming phone calls, enter reservations into our reservations app, take and enter takeout orders

● Assist fellow servers and support staff by delivering food and clearing and resetting tables

● Assist in the management and delivery of takeout orders

● Maintain clean and well-organized server stations

Qualifications:

● Previous experience as a server preferred

● Wine service and Italian wine knowledge a decided plus

● Strong and effective communication skills

● Ability to work standing for 5+ hours
