We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is personable, organized, and ready to be a key part of our trusted team. You’ll work side-by-side with other knowledgeable service advisors and technicians in a collaborative environment where customer satisfaction and integrity come first.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns

Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, maintenance, and service options

Write repair orders and manage estimates, approvals, and timelines

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service

Provide updates and build long-term relationships with customers

Help maintain an efficient, friendly, and professional front desk environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair or dealership setting (minimum 1-3 years preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A team player who is open to coaching and learning from others

Customer-first mindset with a focus on clear, honest communication

Comfort working with shop management systems and technology

Valid driver’s license
