Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong technical background. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and listen to their concerns.

Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and provide accurate estimates.

Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs.

Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and provide status updates to customers.

Educate customers on recommended maintenance services and answer any questions.

Process service orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.

Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with computer systems and software.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
