About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between customers and our service team, ensuring each customer receives top-tier service and expert recommendations. You will assist customers in understanding their vehicle’s needs, recommend necessary services, and provide a seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Upsell services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer vehicle history.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and service technicians.
• Prepare and present accurate service estimates and invoices.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
• Ensure all customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Maintain a high product and service knowledge level to educate customers effectively.
