What You’ll Do

Greet customers and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Accurately document vehicle issues and communicate repair needs to the customers.

Prepare detailed estimates and explain services to clients.

Schedule repair appointments and coordinate with technicians for efficient workflow.

Build relationships with customers and ensure their complete satisfaction.

Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-ups as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus.
