Responsibilities: A Lake City Auto Care Service Advisor is on a team responsible for the effective operation of the Hayden location. With responsibility for ensuring operations are delivering expected sales volume and customer service results, the Service Advisor is critical to the success of the location. In this role, there is a wide range of responsibilities including: • Managing the daily operations. • Meeting sales and profitability objectives through effective management of resources. • Creating and ensuring an environment of superior customer service. • Ensuring that policies and standards are reflected in all areas of service center operations, communications, and staffing. • Maintaining an organized and efficient daily schedule. Qualifications: • Verify warranty and service contract coverage to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain accurate records. • Identify automotive issues by actively listening to customer descriptions, checking maintenance records, and examining service schedules. • Coordinate with Technicians to ensure comprehensive servicing of customer vehicles. • Create detailed repair orders (RO) outlining symptoms, problems, causes, and necessary repairs. • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by explaining estimates, setting expectations for vehicle return, and addressing concerns promptly. • Document automotive problems and planned corrective actions meticulously. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through educational opportunities. • Uphold the organization's reputation by taking ownership of tasks and seeking ways to enhance job performance.
