Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing Service Advisor to join our team! If you have a welcoming personality, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

No automotive experience? No problem! While it's a bonus, we’re happy to provide training to the right candidate.

This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves helping customers and wants to be part of a great team.

Responsibilities

🔹 Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude 🔹 Assist customers in understanding their vehicle’s service needs 🔹 Manage service documentation, including repair orders and invoices 🔹 Ensure a smooth workflow between customers, technicians, and the service team 🔹 Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere

Qualifications

✔ Friendly and approachable personality ✔ Strong communication and people skills ✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment ✔ No automotive experience required (but a plus if you have it!) ✔ Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ✔ Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
