We are looking for a kind, polite, and well-mannered full-time service advisor/manager to greet and check in customers as they drop off their vehicles for repair. You will also be responsible for building estimates for repair, cashing out customers when they pick up their vehicles, managing the workflow in the shop, and filing all paperwork. You must have great customer service skills in person and on the phone. At times it is a fast-paced work environment but can also be slow so the ability to adjust to the workflow is needed.
