In this role, you’ll use your product knowledge as a service advisor and draft cost estimates, evaluate warranty protections, and coordinate necessary repairs. Responsibilities: • Maintain the service department schedule and slot appointments for vehicle repairs • Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments • Arrange for timely vehicle pick-up at the dealership following the completion of work orders • Address customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure they are happy with repair work • Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more Qualifications: • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • High school diploma or GED is mandatory • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral • Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology Compensation: 60000 - 100000 yearly
