Responsibilities

*Answering the phones and booking reservations *Greeting customers and making them feel welcome *Estimating wait time for guests *Helping reset tables for servers *Taking carry out orders, assembling orders when ready and taking payment *Ensuring overall cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
