Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in enhancing service department performance. The BDC will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and driving customer engagement to ensure a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries regarding service appointments, pricing, and service offerings.
- Establish rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
