    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in enhancing service department performance. The BDC will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and driving customer engagement to ensure a seamless service experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Interaction:
    - Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
    - Address customer inquiries regarding service appointments, pricing, and service offerings.
    - Establish rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

    2. Appointment Scheduling:
    - Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately, ensuring optimal use of technician time and resources.
    - Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide reminders.

    3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    - Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct outreach.
    - Nurture leads through effective communication, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.

    4. Collaboration:

    - Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    - Assist in developing strategies to improve customer retention and service sales.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
    - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service-oriented environment.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    - Familiarity with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools.
    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
