Job Summary/ Responsibilities
· Maintains knowledge of computer software system and other technology systems.
· Contact customers and schedules appointments for service on appliances.
· Answer phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
· Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
· Builds a positive relationship with customers.
· Creates Service Tickets and follows through to make sure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
· Completes required training in the expected timeframe and participates in ongoing learning opportunities.
· Adheres to all company polices/ procedures and protocols
· Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Must be available to work Monday through Saturdays as necessary
· Must be willing to work as a team player
· Must have great communication skills verbally/ written
· Strong computer skills
· Positive attitude and willing to learn
· Able to multitask calmly and efficiently
· Must have pleasant demeanor
· Physically able to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting and other activities necessary to perform job
