    Summary of Duties: Receive all service calls to be managed from start to finish through Service Now, Service Channel, and other means. Ensure timely and accurate results of each service call. Assist Account Managers and Sales staff where necessary. Additional administrative support when needed.

    Essential Duties:

    Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics.

    Intercept and accept all service calls that come into ADCON.

    Set up in the appropriate enterprise system and assign to the appropriate team member.

    Pull any previous documentation pertaining to the job if applicable.

    Monitor all correspondence throughout the service call.

    Maintain consistent communication with the Service Manager and accounting, as needed.

    Prepare service invoices and all necessary documentation for billing, load the invoice into the correct system after being finalized by accounting.

    Close out all service calls once complete and file in the appropriate place, whether paper or electronic.

    Assist Account Managers and Sales staff with selling of proposals, as requested.

    Request purchase orders and change orders from clients, as needed.

    Provide Account Managers and Sales staff with daily sales reports at the end of day.

    Related Duties:

    Answer the front-door and the phone during ADCON business hours and direct guests to the appropriate team member or department.

    Check the mail daily and distribute it to the addressed team members.

    Maintain office and copy room supplies.

    Anything not ordered from Indoff, contact the purchasing manager.

    Compliance with company safety program and dress code.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma, required.

    Two (2) years of college or vocational training, preferred.

    Two (2) years of customer service experience, preferred.

    Knowledge of online service and ERP systems, preferred, but can be trained.

    General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

    Knowledge of construction or fabrication, preferred.

    Basic mathematical skills (multiplication, division, fractions, etc.).

    Physical and Mental Requirements:

    Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.

    Ability to lift and carry up to fifteen (15) pounds, when necessary.

    This position requires sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, kneeling, handling, pinching, and grasping. This position also requires close and distant vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    Working Conditions:

    Full-time position in an office environment, the noise level is usually quiet to moderate.

    Working Hours:

    Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm. Two (2) 15-minute paid rest breaks and one (1) 30-minute unpaid lunch break provided.

    Salary Range: $45,000 - $57,000 ($21.63 - $27.40)
