We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role offers hourly compensation based on education, skills, experience, and communication abilities. Role Overview: As a Service Coordinator, you will be a key player in planning and coordinating the delivery of services within our organization. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met while achieving organizational service targets.
You’ll manage all aspects of service operations, such as scheduling, dispatching, and customer support, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. You’ll oversee service requests and assign technicians to the appropriate tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client service needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a detailed directory of vendors and a comprehensive database of clients and their needs using our CRM system.
Ensure that clients receive the necessary services and follow up on ongoing needs.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their service expectations are continuously met.
Monitor schedules and lead times, keeping clients updated on the status of their services.
Make proactive cold calls to potential customers to expand the client base.
Provide outstanding customer service by answering phone inquiries and responding to emails in a timely manner.
Ideal Candidate:
1-3 years of experience in a customer service or related field.
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
