Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Direct Hire | Blaine, MN | $24 - $28/hour

Konik is partnering with a well-established HVAC mechanical contractor company. They seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join their team and help streamline service operations.

Service Coordinator/Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians for timely customer service
• Manage incoming service calls and create service tickets for technicians
• Communicate with clients, drivers, and technicians to provide updates and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and data entry for scheduling
• Bill customers for completed services
• Provide high-quality customer service with professionalism
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement

Service Coordinator/Dispatcher Qualifications:

• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous dispatch, customer service, or billing experience preferred
• HVAC industry experience a plus
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Sage 100 Contractor or similar) is desirable
