Sam Galloway Ford is looking for full time phone operator/cashier for a fast paced automotive Service Department.

Job Responsibilities

· Answers and directs incoming phone calls in a prompt, friendly and outgoing manner.

· Handles customer and associate questions and requests.

· Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with

precision while following company policies and procedures.

· Providing customer support to all departments.

· Filing, copying & other clerical assignments as needed.

· Familiar with store layout.

· Remains product knowledgeable.

· Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.

· Follows all Company Policies and Procedures

Requirements

Must meet company's requirements for employment

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Ability to use parts department computer system and calculator

Must have a valid drives license.

Must have a clean driving record.
