Position Summary
We are looking for a great Full Time Customer Service Admin to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Full-time, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (+some OT & Saturdays as needed during severe weather events)
Answer and assist with incoming customer calls, scheduling of services and maintenance in a professional and friendly manner
Effectively help deescalate calls and identify solutions for dissatisfied customers
Maintain customer accounts, assist in service billing, processing payments and update customer records
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Provide minor technical support for customers w/generators & monitor service and system set-ups
Be a team player and provide general support to co-workers and higher management when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Rep, Receptionist, or Administrative assistant (2+ yrs min.)
Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Google sheets
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Must be dependable & punctual
