    Position Summary

    We are looking for a great Full Time Customer Service Admin to join our team!

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Full-time, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (+some OT & Saturdays as needed during severe weather events)

    • Answer and assist with incoming customer calls, scheduling of services and maintenance in a professional and friendly manner

    • Effectively help deescalate calls and identify solutions for dissatisfied customers

    • Maintain customer accounts, assist in service billing, processing payments and update customer records

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

    • Provide minor technical support for customers w/generators & monitor service and system set-ups

    • Be a team player and provide general support to co-workers and higher management when needed

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Customer Service Rep, Receptionist, or Administrative assistant (2+ yrs min.)

    • Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Google sheets

    • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

    • Must be dependable & punctual
