    Job Summary

    Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking for an opportunity to support and enhance IT services? If so, then you may be an excellent fit for our open Service Desk Analyst I position. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues. You will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues. In addition to logging and managing service requests in Alfa’s ticketing system.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provide first level support for PC, LAN, WAN, printers, AS400, web, mainframe, hardware, and software problems for Home Office, Sales Office, Claims Offices, and some Alfa affiliate offices.

    Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to customer issues and problems by following departmental standards for service.

    Attend technical training courses, if offered, and pass or attempt an exam associated with course.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years’ work experience preferred.

    A+ certification or equivalent experience/training preferred.

    Windows 11 and Microsoft Office knowledge desired.

    A broad range of network and desktop knowledge is highly desirable.

    Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

    Strict punctuality and attendance policy are required.
