Requirements:
High School Diploma
Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a Barista, or other service industry preferred.
Specific Responsibilities:
Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift
Be able to use basic computer skills
Multi-tasking is a priority
Be able to recognize and greet our member’s by name
Make coffee and smoothies in a precise and efficient manner
Answer multiple phone lines and be able to transfer and voicemail as necessary
Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies
General Responsibilities:
Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner
Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our member’s best interests
Maintain a positive attitude while working with team members
