About Us:
CPR is a leading provider of HVAC and IAQ; installation, servicing and maintaining our market (Maui County) area. We specialize in finding cost-effective solutions for our customers whether they are installing HVAC or other IAQ systems for the first time or expanding their existing systems.
Job Description:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Maintain purchase order numbers list and maintenance schedules
Follow up on scheduled jobs to ensure completion or rescheduling
Maintain communication with technicians in the field
Assist Service Manager with estimates
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Maintain email
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus
Excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, arithmetic and business writing skills.
Ability to work under time and backlog pressure for extended periods of time.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably in HVACR contracting or building services industry.
Ability to negotiate orders with suppliers to ensure prompt and timely receipt of materials
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
