Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC has been proudly serving San Antonio since 1990, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a Receptionist & Service Dispatcher with proven experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly.

💼 What You’ll Do:
Answer calls, schedule services, help collect payments and keep customers smiling.
Dispatch technicians and plumbers efficiently, ensuring jobs are assigned based on complexity and expertise.
Manage and optimize schedules using ServiceTitan (bonus if you’ve used it before!).
Collaborate with techs, plumbers and suppliers to ensure jobs are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.

Experience in plumbing or HVAC—you know the industry and what it takes to succeed. Please only apply if you have prior experience in this field.
A positive attitude and growth mindset
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A knack for problem-solving and multitasking.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
