    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    The Service Excellence Specialist provides project management support for interdepartmental and cross departmental projects and initiatives. S/He ensures project deliverables are on track according to the timeline and partners with stakeholders to identify risks. This individual also provides administrative and logistic support to the School Excellence leadership team and large department events. A successful Service Excellence Manager demonstrates ownership of their work and day-to-day responsibilities, relates well to people and has the ability to think and understand concepts quickly and react appropriately.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Provide support for the School Support Directors through a variety of administrative tasks.

    Manages assigned projects, following all aspects of Project Management methodology; ensuring project workflow/lifecycle deliverables are met.

    Collaborates with Executive Sponsors in the development of project charters, project goals and objectives, scope statements, deliverables, and assessing preliminary risks and assumptions as well as closeout procedures.

    Works in tandem with various stakeholders and assists with resource plans, risk and quality plans, budgets, communications plans, and acceptance plans as needed.

    Identifies and creates supporting resources for the School Excellence Team and Franchise Owners for Procare and other assigned projects.

    Compose, proofread, organize, and maintain correspondence, reports, and other complex documents, including presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets, and databases.

    Maintains highly organized files for all projects containing all documentation, research, approvals, from project initiation to closure.

    Assist with additional administrative duties such as travel management & coordination.

    Manage time effectively to meet and exceed deadlines to ensure availability for additional projects.

    Coordinate events for multiple projects and executives as needed.

    Operates on an as-needed basis to be rapidly deployed based on project timelines and scope.

    Prepares reports for school information in an effort to support schools, .

    Provides meeting coordination and management of large scale events.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    2-5 years of related experience

    Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required

    Ability to maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners

    Ability to tackle projects with autonomy; asks questions and enlists help as needed

    Ability to solve problems with a willingness to listen to constructive feedback and adjust as needed

    Ability to manage time and multiple competing priorities while maintaining service excellence

    Proven attention to detail

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    PMP is highly desirable but not required

    Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple groups, both up and down/ internal and external
