Position: Service Integration Office (SIO) Front Office Support Liaison
Location: Chantilly, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly
Description:
- Supports the day-to-day functions of the SIO Chief of Staff (CoS), and the Deputy Director
- Ensures that NOS, Ground center leads, IPAM, IPA offices provide updates and information for senior leadership meetings
- Helps facility branch level meetings to include facilitation
- Action officer for taking minutes and keeping track of action items
- Support PMRs , SIRFs, ERB and other internal boards
- Works closely with the CASE Office to ensure integration of various interests and assessment outputs
- Ensures that actions are brought to closure and cataloged (SharePoint, Email, Excel)
- Will help with thinking through policy and governance (i.e. MFA transition and impact to workforce)
- Works virtually with COMM leads at various ground stations
- Day-to-day engagement with small internal team of 3/4
- Occasionally supports the COMM TD tangentially
Ideal Candidates:
- Proactive, engaging and innovative
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Organized and good prioritization skills (alot of competing deadlines)
- Infrastructure requirements experience is a plus
- Position will end up growing into role that will support the NIE Analytic Center (Metrics/Logs, IT health mgmt) when new funding is received
Job Location and Expectations:
- Seating at WF T4
- Occasional travel to AFD-E to engage with subordinate teams
- Flexible hours (Core 6-6pm)
