    Service Manager

    Overview The Service Manager provides leadership and support for our Pest Management Professionals (PMPs) in both the field and office. This role oversees 7 to 13 PMPs, ensuring high-quality service, professional development, and operational efficiency. The Service Manager plays a key role in maintaining our reputation as the premier pest control provider in the Pacific Northwest.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Develop and mentor assigned Service Technicians.

    Evaluate work quality and service delivery.

    Optimize schedules for efficiency and preparation.

    Conduct performance reviews with the Branch Manager.

    Provide training, coaching, and performance management.

    Perform vehicle inspections and ensure equipment readiness.

    Conduct field training and quality assurance checks.

    Ensure timely service completion in assigned territories.

    Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members.

    Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

    Plan and lead team meetings.

    Troubleshoot residential and commercial pest issues.

    Work with the Communication Center to ensure smooth coordination.

    Accurately complete paperwork and administrative tasks.

    Review and approve timecards, paid time off, and scheduling requests.

    Visit trouble accounts as needed.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Current pest control licenses/certifications.

    Ability to navigate customer locations, use ladders, and work in confined spaces.

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

    Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, and industry software (PestPac, etc.).

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Strong oral and written communication skills.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

    Flexible schedule (typical hours: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), including some weekends.

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Compensation

    💰 $78,000–$85,000 annually DOE + uncapped commission opportunities
