About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse in Branson, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service team

Train, mentor, and motivate service staff to provide top-notch customer service

Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Create and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention

Control the Cafe and the Baristas service expectations.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
