We are looking to expand our team and have an opening for a Service Department Manager. Our company has built itself on high standards of customer satisfaction and we are looking for a trustworthy individual that can communicate professionally about irrigation and outdoor lighting with our clients.

A qualified applicant must meet or exceed the following requirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience in irrigation &outdoor lighting services

Minimum of 5 years management experience

Valid / clean driver's license - subject to insurance approval

Ability to manage and oversee multiple routes of service technicians

Ability to communicate clearly in English -- verbally and in writing

Lead and train service teams

Coordinate scheduling and resolve service issues

Physically capable of digging, lifting, bending and climbing on job-sites

Dependable and motivated

Strong organizational skills

Precise record keeping ability

Customer service skills – personable for client interaction and experience

Microsoft Office skills
