Service Manager
Company Overview
Kitchen Dynamics is a service provider in the commercial kitchen equipment industry. We offer commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, repairs and installations. Our clients include hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools and other corporate customers.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service and dispatching team. The Service Manager will report directly to the Owner. The Service Manager role will contribute to the overall success of the company by emphasizing customer service. We are a small, growing company and are looking for candidates that enjoy working in a small team with close collaboration.
Duties
· Scheduling of daily service calls
· Reporting directly to owner with daily updates
· Setting up new customer accounts into our field management software
· Implementing field & office procedures to advance service department
· Overseeing a crew of field service technicians
· Communicating, assisting and following-up with field technicians throughout the day
· Ensuring proper follow-up for on-going jobs (ordering parts, sending quotes, contacting customers)
· Closing out service calls in a timely manner
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar service industry (i.e. Plumbing, HVAC)
· Overall knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft products
· Computer knowledge
Skills
· Detail oriented, organized individual with experience in the service industry
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Bilingual: Spanish Speaker is a Plus
