    Row 34 is an award winning high-energy neighborhood oyster bar with locations in Boston, Cambridge and Burlington, MA as well as Portsmouth, NH.

    Row 34 Burlington is in search of a Service Manager to join our team of hard working professionals.

    This management position will invest heavily in Row 34’s service, hourly and management teams and the overall operations of the restaurant. This role requires the Service Manager and the GM to be in lock step with one another, a united front for preparation and execution of service.

    Responsibilities of a Row 34 Service Manager include but are not limited to the following:

    Lead in service with focus on guest interaction and steps of service

    Weekly writing of FOH schedule

    Head of the Training Team

    Interviewing, Hiring and Onboarding of new employees

    Requirements of the role:

    Must be professional, confident and kind

    Must be a strong leader with strategic management skills

    Possess the ability to drive performance and success

    Foster a dynamic, fun and inclusive culture

    Must have some previous management experience in a similar fast-paced environment

    Should be excited about learning, teaching, mentoring and stepping out of comfort zones

    Salary is competitive ($70,000), plus an industry-leading comprehensive benefits package including:
