Job Description

• Defines the strategy for the technical services to customers and translates it into specific objectives.
• Offers maintenance solutions and contracts in cooperation with the different Sales Departments and branches of the company and advises the customers.
• Manages and improves the various systems and tools within the department.
• Coordinates and organizes the different activities of the department according to the priorities and skills of each, and the needs of the customer either internally or externally to provide an efficient service that meets the quality requirements of the customers.
• Monitor the budget.
• Coaches her/his team of technicians and makes sure that the team is effective & efficient in its services towards the customer.
• Testing Stow’s shuttle systems & mobile racks.
• Repairing Stow’s shuttle systems & mobile racks.
• Supervising assembly teams in large repairs of mobile racks.
• Commissioning and providing customer training for automated systems.
• As part of the service team you provides telephone support to end users and integrators.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Coach & Teamplayer
• You have a technical degree or equivalent through experience.

Mechanics

Electronics (AC/DC, Motors 3-Phase and DC, reading E-Plans/Electronic schemes)

• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to effectiveness & efficiency.
• You are open for occasional travel to Europe for training purposes
• You are open to travel occasionally outside of US.

Salary Range: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00
