1 Tom Plumber is searching for a self-motivated Service Plumber to join our team of specialists. Must provide excellent customer service and deliver exceptional quality work. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently. Must have energy around startup operations and comfort with rapid change and growth.

Essential Functions:

· Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites

· Perform installation of plumbing systems at newly renovated properties

· Inspect previously installed systems and perform any necessary repairs

· Communicate effectively with customers to represent the 1 Tom Plumber image with pride

· Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep as needed

· Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites

· Properly clean and maintain company provided equipment and vehicle

Requirements:

· High school diploma

· Sound judgement and critical thinking

· Maintain consistent communication with dispatch

· Candidates may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30am–4:00pm working from our Eastlake location. Plumbers are also tasked with a rotating on-call shift. Starting salary between $80,000-$120,000 combined annual income depending upon experience and monthly performance bonuses. Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K match).
