The SERVICE TECHNICIAN/INSTALLER has a very important role in the success of treating our customers’ water. In this role you will be completing work orders, which includes install, repair, upgrade and provide maintenance for Culligan equipment and products in customers' homes and/or businesses. You will help homeowners make informed decisions by offering guidance and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Culligan water treatment systems.
Perform routine maintenance and warranty services.
Communicate effectively with customers, helping them feel confident in their Culligan water treatment.
Maintain good housekeeping of work areas and company truck while adhering to all safety procedures.
Recommends additional sales of products and services to enhance or improve original installation or remedy a potential issue.
Physical demands - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; push; pull; climb; crawl; kneel; lift in excess of 50-80 lbs.; utilize company-provided equipment (i.e. two-wheel dolly, power truck tailgate, power jack); use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience - High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience. Skill in operating power tools.
Valid Driver’s License - Clean driving record required.
Strong Work Ethic – Dependable, motivated, able to work independently and eager to grow/learn.
Customer-Focused – Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with customers.
Team Player – Works well with others and contributes to a positive company culture.
